A12
About
A12 is a scheduling and service platform for heterogeneous GPU computing resources. It integrates, verifies, measures, and schedules cloud GPU clusters, professional IDCs, and idle workstations/edge GPUs. Based on task characteristics, it retains high-communication-intensity large model training on a centrally connected cluster, while distributing low-communication-intensity inference, retrieval augmentation (RAG), parameter-efficient fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA), and batch processing tasks to more cost-effective distributed resources. Furthermore, it provides model services (MaaS), agent applications (AaaS), and a comprehensive developer toolchain through a unified task interface. This white paper only describes designs that have been verified or have a clear engineering path, and adheres to three writing disciplines: all performance indicators are design goals rather than actual measurement conclusions; all security mechanisms are explained with their boundaries and failure conditions; all information involving project entities and history is presented in the form of a disclosure list, and is not used as a basis for credibility until it is disclosed.
